CROCHET

Holly first learned to crochet from her mother while sitting in the Altamont post office as a child. She started with a blanket that her mother still has tucked away in a closet. That blanket was one stitch, repeated hundreds of times. Since then, she has continued making all different types of items: doilies, hats, blankets, rugs and, stuffed animals.

One of the first patterns she ever tried had an angel in the corner with a quote “Crochet equals calm”, unfortunately for Holly, her mind tends the wander, so she forgets her count and “Crochet equals cusses”.
